I have the solution!
If you're running WinXP / 2000, click start
> run > type CMD hit enter
On the comman prompt type SERVICES.MSC
That will bring up the services. Look for a
service that says ISEXEng, if running, right
click and click stop. then double click on it
and change start up type from automatic to DISABLE.
Do a search on your computer for a file called
"angelex.exe" and delete it.
Thats the file that keeps creating the registry
and other files.
Once you have this deleted this file Bargain buddy
should be gone for good... Yippee!
